Furiosa AI is on the lookout for a dedicated Growth Operations Manager to spearhead the systems, processes, and tools that drive our global expansion. This hands-on, operational, and data-centric position involves managing our CRM, web platforms, analytics, and campaign execution workflows.

In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in scaling and promoting Furiosa AI across the globe, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that our growth engines operate smoothly, campaigns are meticulously tracked and optimized, and data-driven insights guide our strategic decisions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance CRM systems (experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is essential) to maintain lead flow, data integrity, and automation that supports our global growth efforts.

  • Manage our online presence, focusing on landing page effectiveness, campaign tracking, analytics, and performance monitoring.

  • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards showcasing growth KPIs and trends.

  • Implement and sustain marketing automation tools, workflows, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and campaign outcomes (Jira experience preferred).

  • Work with sales to ensure CRM processes and reporting align with account-based strategies and enhance pipeline visibility.

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth operations, marketing operations, digital marketing, or sales operations.

  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and web/analytics tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize campaigns, automation processes, and reporting dashboards.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, a process-oriented mindset, and keen attention to detail.

  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

  • A proactive approach emphasizing ownership, iteration, and learning through experience.
