Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Customer Insights & AnalyticsTransform Data into Revenue Drivers: Analyze the B2C funnel to pinpoint value loss areas (such as speed to lead, qualification quality, conversion drop-offs) and convert insights into dynamic personas, streamlined processes, and refined messaging that enhance conversion efficiency. Create an Intent-Based Scoring System: Map client behavioral triggers and formulate a scoring model that identifies early intent signals, prioritizes follow-ups based on lead quality, and automates routing and timing to ensure Sales focuses on the highest-potential opportunities. Maximize Efficiency through Lead Activation and NurturingAutomate Recovery of Lost Demand: Design and implement CRM automations that re-engage non-converting leads, qualify them, and direct them to schedule Sales calls, capturing revenue that might otherwise be lost. Scale Multi-Channel Revenue Workflows: Build automated, multi-touch campaigns (including email, SMS, etc.) that keep Zefir top-of-mind and drive engagement with potential clients.

Role Overview

As a key member of our team in the role of Growth Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving Zefir’s exponential growth trajectory, targeting x2.5–x3 YoY growth. Your objective is to construct a scalable and hyper-efficient revenue generation engine that propels a significant portion of our revenues.

You will integrate revenue operations, automation, and CRM to oversee the operational foundation of our revenue generation funnel. This includes continuously optimizing the customer journey and utilizing AI-enhanced tools and automated workflows to activate, nurture, and re-engage our B2C clients, both sellers and buyers.

This role is high-impact and requires a builder mindset alongside strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to effectively scale our revenue engine, solidifying Zefir’s position as the premier AI-powered real estate platform in Europe.
