Qualifications
What You’ll OwnModel Lab Partnerships & Technical GTM ExecutionCollaborate with Business Development and Product teams to nurture and grow partnerships with leading global model labs. Design and implement GTM workflows aligned with model release cycles, evaluation launches, and product rollouts. Act as a technical GTM liaison in lab engagements—translating product capabilities into tangible value for research, engineering, and applied teams. Assist in co-marketing initiatives, evaluation launches, and ecosystem campaigns with lab partners. Develop streamlined systems and processes to monitor usage, engagement, and expansion signals across lab accounts. GTM Systems & Pipeline InfrastructureDesign, construct, and refine outbound and inbound GTM systems (sequencing, enrichment, routing, and tracking). Identify and engage high-value organizations requiring model evaluation infrastructure through data-driven targeting strategies. Oversee inbound qualification workflows and enhance lead routing, scoring, and response mechanisms.

The Role

We are on the lookout for a GTM Engineer to construct and scale the systems, workflows, and technical go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive our growth throughout the AI landscape.
This dynamic, hybrid role sits at the crossroads of go-to-market strategy, technical execution, and business development. You will collaborate closely with Business Development leadership, Product teams, and Model Labs to craft and implement scalable GTM strategies that facilitate both internal infrastructure development and external collaborations with leading AI labs.
Your role will serve as the essential link between technical product capabilities and revenue generation, enhancing the efficiency of outbound and inbound systems, elevating pipeline quality, and nurturing high-value relationships with frontier model labs.
