Your Opportunity as a GTM Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic GTM Engineer who possesses a blend of technical expertise and a growth mindset. Your primary objective will be to enhance Concourse's sales velocity by developing and implementing solutions that facilitate deal closures, accelerate sales cycles, and broaden our pipeline reach. Collaborating directly with the CEO, you will craft AI-driven playbooks and solutions, build internal agents, design engaging demos, automate outbound processes, generate technical content, and participate in critical customer interactions as needed. This role is ideal for those who thrive in building practical technical solutions, relish direct customer engagement, and want to operate at the intersection of engineering, growth, and sales.

Core Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Build AI-powered Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), automated outbound engines, and innovative content workflows to scale opportunity creation and qualification.
  • High-Impact Demos: Develop captivating, interactive demo environments and templates that leave a lasting impression on prospects, setting Concourse apart.
  • Sales Cycle Acceleration: Create internal agents and automation to conduct account research, tailor collateral, generate content, and reduce time-to-close.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead technical demos, resolve integration challenges, address complex technical inquiries, and facilitate the closure of strategic deals.
  • Experimentation Across GTM: Implement SEO/AEO experiments, launch marketing content, prototype new onboarding flows, and bolster product-led growth initiatives.
  • Reusable Sales Assets: Develop proof of concept templates, sample data environments, architecture diagrams, and customer-facing materials that streamline sales processes.
