Position: Senior Software Engineer, Bank Payments Team The North American Bank Payments team is at the forefront of innovation within the region's core banking infrastructure. We specialize in high-volume payment methods, including ACH (the second-largest bank payment method by total volume, processing billions in payments) and EFT Pre-Authorized Debits (PADs) for Canada. Currently, we are spearheading a strategic transition for merchants to a new acquirer under Adyen's U.S. Bank license, unlocking new features and capabilities. We also oversee advanced Pay by Bank solutions, leveraging Open Banking features through partnerships with entities like Plaid for secure data sharing and direct debit initiation. Your Responsibilities: Share your insights on best engineering practices. Collaborate seamlessly across teams and time zones to drive projects to completion. Lead intricate technical projects, overseeing them from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing, and production launch.
