The Opportunity
We are seeking a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives, develop planning frameworks, and manage cross-functional programs that will define the next stage of growth for Iru.
This role, reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy & Analytics, is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategies, influencing the organization of our sales team, and determining pricing, packaging, and resource allocation across various segments.
This position is not focused on analytics or reporting; those responsibilities are handled by our analytics team, which manages dashboards, reporting, and data infrastructure. Instead, this role emphasizes strategic thinking, transforming data into actionable decisions, establishing guiding frameworks for the business, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives without a designated owner.
As an internal consultant, you will tackle ambiguous, high-stakes business challenges and convert them into clear, structured recommendations, whether that involves redesigning compensation plans, developing territory models, conducting pricing analyses, or preparing investor diligence packages.
