Role |
We are on the lookout for a Guest Operations Manager to join our Milan team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations related to the onboarding of new apartments, facilities management, and guest operations. Being part of a startup means you'll enjoy a significant degree of autonomy while tackling diverse challenges and seizing opportunities.
Responsibilities |
- Oversee guest operations from check-in to check-out, including addressing guest requests and resolving complaints
- Ensure apartments are maintained to high cleanliness and quality standards
- Coordinate with third-party service providers (e.g., plumbers, electricians, cleaners, painters, carpenters) and building administration
- Support the sales team during apartment tours for prospective clients
- Provide data-driven insights and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, customer service, and overall guest experience
Check-In
- Conduct regular inspections at check-in to verify that apartments meet cleanliness and quality benchmarks
- Manage guest access to apartments through key management and keyless entry codes, while coordinating with the Guest Experience team
