Your role in driving innovation:
- Design and enhance hardware and software test systems for automotive electronics, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and scalable for mass production;
- Conduct data analysis, develop insightful dashboards (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and create queries and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making;
- Work collaboratively with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to testing;
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, assist in internal and external audits, and contribute to DLR activities;
- Engage in the industrialization of new test systems, which includes configuration, validation, and commissioning of equipment;
- Assist in the setup of test systems in production lines, both locally and internationally;
- Evaluate and validate test results, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards;
- Monitor and enhance test system performance through KPIs such as First Pass Yield (FPY), retest rate, and test duration;
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, identifying chances to enhance cost-efficiency, reliability, and technological capabilities;
- Facilitate knowledge transfer through clear documentation and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
