We are seeking a Hardware Product Manager to take charge of our hardware portfolio for the hospitality or retail sectors. You will be responsible for enhancing the complete merchant experience, from selection to setup, operation, and replacement, ensuring that our products are reliable and profitable across various regions.

Create and execute a multi-quarter roadmap that aligns with our overall hardware strategy, while managing dependencies and achieving measurable results.
Lead initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle: from discovery to PRDs, vendor selection, validation, testing, launch, and ongoing support.
Engage directly with merchants to identify pain points in their workflows and prioritize roadmap initiatives based on insights gained.
Ensure supplier accountability for features, quality, cost, and delivery timelines, using feedback to implement corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate across teams including Product, Design, Hardware Operations, Support, Go-To-Market, Finance, and Legal to facilitate smooth product launches and enhance profitability.

Proven experience managing the entire hardware lifecycle: Discovery, Requirements, Selection, Testing, Launch, Iteration, and Deprecation.
Hands-on experience with hospitality workflows, including Payments, POS, Mobile POS, Kitchen Display Systems, Kiosks, and Networking.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Product, Design, Operations/Supply Chain, Support, and Go-To-Market teams.
About You
You take extreme ownership, working independently while taking the initiative and responsibility in ambiguous situations.
Possess a strong product sense, leveraging merchant insights and engagement to guide decision-making.
