As a Hardware Technician - Service Operations Tooling, you will be instrumental in supporting Lucid Motors' service network by assembling, validating, and managing specialized service tools utilized in service centers worldwide. This position requires hands-on mechanical assembly and collaboration across various functions, ensuring tools are built, validated, tracked, and delivered efficiently to bolster global operations.

You will collaborate closely with the design team to confirm that tools comply with functional, safety, and quality standards prior to global deployment. Additionally, you will utilize SAP to manage inventory, generate work orders, and assist in forecasting tooling requirements to facilitate business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

· Assemble specialized tooling jigs and fixtures for service operations and other departments.

· Assess tooling requirements with the design team and ensure alignment among key stakeholders.

· Collaborate with the Serviceability team to validate tools prior to field application.

· Develop and maintain spare tooling and equipment inventory using SAP software to track tooling components.

· Support the group’s 3D printers and other manufacturing equipment by preparing parts and operating equipment for assembly.
