Job Overview

As a Hardware Validation Systems Developer, you will be instrumental in creating an automated hardware testing infrastructure essential for scaling our operations. Your responsibilities will span from conducting PCBA-level functional circuit tests to subsystem validation, end-of-line system testing, and developing test systems designed for high-volume manufacturing of low-voltage electronics and high-power converter assemblies.

You will design and implement comprehensive automated test cells that integrate power hardware, instrumentation, control software, and data pipelines, ensuring reliable and repeatable production and engineering tools.

Your role encompasses the entire lifecycle process, from defining test requirements and coverage strategies to developing test architectures, designing fixtures, automating software, deploying solutions, and ensuring ongoing support and continuous improvement.
