Role overview
MongoDB is hiring a Hebrew-speaking Account Development Representative for its Tel Aviv office. This hybrid role combines in-person teamwork with the flexibility to work remotely. The position serves as a starting point for a sales career at MongoDB, and many Account Development Representatives later move into leadership or Account Executive roles.
What you will do
- Identify and engage businesses that fit MongoDB’s target profile.
- Work with Sales to plan and execute both inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Continue building product and sales knowledge through regular learning.
- Contact IT and business decision-makers by phone and email.
- Record leads and prospect activities accurately in Salesforce.
- Arrange qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team.
- Nurture early-stage leads to help grow the sales pipeline.
- Work to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to achieve results.
- Focus on personal development to prepare for future growth.
Training and support
New Account Development Representatives receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support.
