As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our business leaders, focusing on enhancing management practices, driving compensation strategies, and shaping our people strategy.
This is a Barcelona-based position where you will work closely with the CEO and senior management while remaining connected with our Istanbul headquarters to ensure seamless alignment across both locations.
You will be instrumental in developing scalable, high-quality HR frameworks, coaching management teams, enhancing performance and salary review processes, and collaborating closely with HR Operations to ensure consistent, data-driven execution throughout the employee lifecycle.
This position demands a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and a proactive approach , you will not only execute processes but also challenge existing practices and propose innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
◦ Collaborate with leaders to translate business strategies into actionable people priorities, emphasizing managerial effectiveness, team performance, and retention.
◦ Partner closely with the CEO, business leaders, Barcelona teams, and Istanbul leadership to foster effective coordination across locations.
◦ Establish and integrate best practices for managers, including performance discussions, feedback culture, goal setting, and team health, thereby elevating the overall quality of leadership throughout the organization.
◦ Oversee and continuously enhance performance and salary review cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency, and robust calibration across teams.
◦ Champion a culture of continuous improvement and strategic development in HR practices.
