As the HR Director in our Tel Aviv office, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the strategic HR roadmap for our Research and Development and Product departments. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, Global Tech, you will possess a profound understanding of the business landscape, culture, and challenges we face, while also recognizing the significance of creating global, scalable, and agile people processes to cater to the needs of a rapidly growing organization.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A robust background with 6-8 years of extensive experience in HR business partnering, showcasing a strong generalist HR foundation.
  • A demonstrated ability to merge strategic planning with practical execution, steering initiatives to yield impactful results while fostering innovative and progressive working methods.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights, coupled with a commercial mindset to align HR strategies with overarching business goals.

Your Impact:

  • Drive the execution of the HR roadmap for R&D-Supply, ensuring alignment with both global and regional business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to R&D-Supply managers on workforce planning, talent management strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on organizational assessments and design projects to underpin growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee generalist HR operations for R&D-Supply, encompassing performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Analyze people data and offer actionable insights to managers to support informed decision-making and enhance business outcomes.
  • Champion a culture that reflects Taboola’s values, nurturing an environment that fosters high employee engagement and motivation.
