As the HR Director in our Tel Aviv office, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the strategic HR roadmap for our Research and Development and Product departments. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, Global Tech, you will possess a profound understanding of the business landscape, culture, and challenges we face, while also recognizing the significance of creating global, scalable, and agile people processes to cater to the needs of a rapidly growing organization.

Drive the execution of the HR roadmap for R&D-Supply, ensuring alignment with both global and regional business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to R&D-Supply managers on workforce planning, talent management strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
