Why We Are Expanding Our Team
We are seeking an HR Director to spearhead and scale our European People Operations as we grow from approximately 100 to over 200 employees and expand our engineering team internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and continuously refining HR frameworks that can scale with the company as we expand our European workforce.
- Serving as the European HR leader, crafting policies, employment structures, and operational standards that cater to a globally distributed organization.
- Managing comprehensive HR operations across Europe, covering employment compliance, labor laws, contracts, benefits administration, and HR systems, ensuring that all processes are compliant, efficient, and scalable.
- Collaborating closely with leadership and stakeholders in the US and Hungary to align global strategies with regional HR operations.
- Facilitating international expansion initiatives, including involvement in the establishment of new European offices.
