The HR Operations Specialist role in Raleigh supports over 1,000 employees worldwide. This position reports to the Global HR Operations Manager and works closely with a global HR team.
Role overview
This role centers on managing key employee lifecycle events. Responsibilities include onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and resource management. The work goes beyond standard HR administration, aiming to create a strong employee experience and support ongoing HR process improvements.
