Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Compliance
- Oversee daily HR operations, responding to employee inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate the administration of employee benefits, ensuring smooth enrollment and addressing changes or inquiries.
- Lead HR initiatives with external vendors to enhance service delivery for our employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across key regions (France, UK, Germany, Spain) to minimize legal risks.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and related documentation.

Onboarding
- Facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires, providing essential information regarding HR systems, office protocols, and managerial expectations.
- Formalize contractual elements throughout the employee lifecycle, including labor contracts and amendments.
- Keep HR information current and accurate, managing updates as necessary.
- Handle immigration requests, including work permits and renewals.

Payroll Management
- Prepare and process payroll for employees across the EMEA region.
- Timely provide required information to our payroll providers and finance team to ensure prompt employee payment.
- Lead initiatives aimed at process optimization, including automation and benchmarking of service providers.

HR Project Management
- Explore and implement people-related projects and best practices that align with our values and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Continuously optimize and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
