Role overview
The HR Program Manager - Compliance & Internal Audit focuses on maintaining HR compliance and managing internal audit processes. This role guides the organization in meeting regulatory standards, protecting sensitive HR data, and ensuring adherence to internal policies. Success in this position relies on close collaboration with teams across the company to reduce risk and strengthen a culture of compliance.
What you will do
- Compliance governance and controls: Create, update, and share HR policies. Oversee compliance with SOX requirements and coordinate related audit activities.
- Data integrity and risk management: Ensure HR data remains accurate and confidential. Conduct routine audits and recommend improvements as needed.
- Stakeholder engagement: Serve as the main contact for HR compliance questions. Offer guidance and training to internal teams on compliance topics.
