Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations by managing administrative tasks, including file organization and document preparation.

  • Oversee the complete onboarding process for new hires and re-hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is executed.

  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.

  • Serve as a point of contact for recruitment inquiries regarding employment conditions, salary structures, and work eligibility.

  • Assist new hires with questions related to onboarding and employment conditions.

  • Manage the exit process for departing employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and communicated to the payroll team.

  • Handle queries related to employee absences and leaves, ensuring timely submission of documentation to payroll.

  • Administer contract renewals and modifications.

  • Learn and assist with maternity, parental, and paternity leave processes.

  • Maintain up-to-date records in the HRIS (Workday) and prepare reports as required.

  • Manage the HR inbox, acting as the initial contact for employee inquiries.

  • Contribute to general HR projects and initiatives as needed.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR manager or supervisor.
