Key Responsibilities:
Support daily HR operations by managing administrative tasks, including file organization and document preparation.
Oversee the complete onboarding process for new hires and re-hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is executed.
Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.
Serve as a point of contact for recruitment inquiries regarding employment conditions, salary structures, and work eligibility.
Assist new hires with questions related to onboarding and employment conditions.
Manage the exit process for departing employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and communicated to the payroll team.
Handle queries related to employee absences and leaves, ensuring timely submission of documentation to payroll.
Administer contract renewals and modifications.
Learn and assist with maternity, parental, and paternity leave processes.
Maintain up-to-date records in the HRIS (Workday) and prepare reports as required.
Manage the HR inbox, acting as the initial contact for employee inquiries.
Contribute to general HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR manager or supervisor.
