What We Seek:
Our Internship Program at Challenge Manufacturing offers students valuable real-world experience through technical and software exposure. This hands-on experience is gained through individual projects, practical tasks on the plant floor, and much more. We take pride in equipping students with a head start in the Automotive Industry to enhance their futures.

We are currently in search of an HR Intern to join our dynamic team!

Your Responsibilities:

Onboarding and New Hire Support – Process Review and Refresh
• Input new hires into ADP
• Prepare orientation materials and identify gaps, redundancies, or delays
• Monitor onboarding completion and recommend improvements focused on efficiency and compliance
Employee Data & HR Administration – Reduce backlog and enhance data accuracy
• Maintain digital employee files
• Assist with routine data modifications
• Support leave tracking
• Help with timecard reviews and exception reporting
