What You'll Be Responsible For:Recruitment:Post job openings on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor candidate referrals from Capital Factory partners and staff. Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and advance high-potential candidates through the hiring process. Coordinate interview schedules for candidates, ensuring all assessment tools (e.g., Scorecard, DISC Profile, Resume, Assignments) are utilized and shared with the hiring team. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and teams throughout the recruitment process. Benefits Administration:Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, 401K, and leave policies. Collaborate with insurance brokers for benefit enrollment and termination processes. Update terminations on the COBRA administrator portal. Manage new hire and termination updates in the 401K administrator portal. Track Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and parental leave. HRIS Management:Maintain employee information, benefits, and support orders in the payroll system. Process changes to employee information with insurance and 401K providers. Generate necessary payroll system reports (e.g., 401K contributions, payroll reports). Assist employees with payroll inquiries, including end-of-year documentation and pay history requests. Develop and track the receipt of signature documents such as separation agreements, exit letters, offer letters, commission agreements, etc. Maintain the HR Google Drive for documentation and resources. Compliance and Operations:Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, EEO). Keep federal and state workplace posters up to date. Maintain compliance portals with the Texas Workforce Commission and other state requirements. Conduct annual audits for ACA reporting. Assist with special projects as needed.

Your contributions will span the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process. In addition to recruitment, you will oversee benefits administration, compliance tracking, and meticulously maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and employee records with the highest level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
