This position requires onsite presence and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work. The working schedule is Wednesday to Saturday from 2:15 PM to 12:15 AM.
Your role will involve...
- Offering comprehensive generalist support across all Human Resources functions at the facility.
- Managing payroll support and ensuring data entry accuracy for timekeeping and reporting.
- Assisting HR leadership with the implementation of procedures and policies within the Distribution Center.
- Providing training assistance to associates at all levels.
- Effectively addressing Open Door, diversity, and other related issues.
- Collaborating with the HR Management team to facilitate interventions, conduct fact-finding, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Conducting new hire orientations as required.
- Participating in and executing special projects as assigned.
You are...

At a minimum, you possess...
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in food manufacturing, e-Commerce, or startup settings.
- Familiarity with payroll and timekeeping processes.
- Understanding of employee relations, diversity, and employment regulations, with a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, along with effective interpersonal, coaching, and counseling abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with SHRM/PHR certification preferred.
