Position Overview

As a vital member of our international HR team, the HR Manager – Italy will spearhead all essential HR activities in our Italian operations. This role demands a strong alignment with our global HR strategy while also tailoring practices to comply with local regulations and cultural nuances. It is a hands-on position that merges strategic insight with everyday operational duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes across various departments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor performance review cycles and feedback systems.
  • Design and deliver training programs to facilitate career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Champion company culture through various internal and external initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support local corporate social responsibility and inclusion projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and reports to aid data-driven decision-making.
