As ICT System Administrator at Inventum Technologies in Houten, Utrecht, you become a key part of our IT landscape. This role combines hands-on support with ongoing improvement: from resolving urgent issues like production-halting wifi problems to advancing projects that streamline system collaboration across our group.

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor our IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, networks, and Microsoft environments. Respond to incidents, manage disruptions, and take necessary action to restore service.
- Provide 3rd- and 4th-line support for complex IT issues. Assist colleagues, coordinate with suppliers when needed, and explain technical matters clearly to non-technical team members.
- Develop and improve our Office 365, Azure, server, and network management. Balance daily operations with proposing and implementing solutions that strengthen and simplify our IT environment.
- Participate actively in projects focused on system integration, automation, and process improvement, both within Inventum Technologies and in collaboration with the Joule Group.
