About the job

As ICT System Administrator at Inventum Technologies in Houten, Utrecht, you become a key part of our IT landscape. This role combines hands-on support with ongoing improvement: from resolving urgent issues like production-halting wifi problems to advancing projects that streamline system collaboration across our group.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor our IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, networks, and Microsoft environments. Respond to incidents, manage disruptions, and take necessary action to restore service.
Provide 3rd- and 4th-line support for complex IT issues. Assist colleagues, coordinate with suppliers when needed, and explain technical matters clearly to non-technical team members.
Develop and improve our Office 365, Azure, server, and network management. Balance daily operations with proposing and implementing solutions that strengthen and simplify our IT environment.
Participate actively in projects focused on system integration, automation, and process improvement, both within Inventum Technologies and in collaboration with the Joule Group.
