Role overview
The Implementation Project Coordinator manages small-scale client implementation projects, including Moves and Swap rollouts. The main focus is on coordinating schedules and ensuring projects are delivered on time. Strong customer service is important throughout each phase.
This position requires basic project management skills, strong organizational habits, and clear communication. Coordinators work with both internal teams and clients to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
