Your Role in Our Mission

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for Implementations to become a key member of our Implementation team. In this role, you will guide banks through their digital transformation efforts, managing numerous high-priority deployments concurrently, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our banking clients achieve successful and timely launches.

This is a hands-on position that blends organization with execution. You will serve as the conductor for intricate implementations while fostering strong relationships with banking executives and operations teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee several concurrent bank implementations with overlapping schedules, monitoring dependencies and risks to ensure projects are completed on time.

  • Facilitate client communications and cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders, from C-suite executives to operations staff, adeptly managing expectations and navigating challenging discussions.

  • Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including Implementation Associates, engineers, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless project execution and transition post-launch.

  • Translate intricate technical requirements between clients and internal teams while safeguarding your implementation team from scope creep.

  • Engage actively in hands-on configuration and debugging as necessary to keep projects progressing during resource limitations.

  • Document solutions and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency.

  • Strategically escalate issues to sales and leadership when additional support is required to resolve critical challenges.
