Our sales process is deeply consultative, emphasizing the demonstration of measurable value through tailored solutions prior to finalizing agreements.
We are in search of a Deployment Strategist who will serve as both the technical and creative cornerstone for our prospects and clients.
This pivotal role connects our customers' operational challenges with effective solutions crafted on the FleetWorks platform. You will collaborate closely with the go-to-market (GTM) team to design, build, and showcase customized AI agents that highlight our value proposition, transforming potential leads into successful partnerships.
This position is hands-on and impactful, necessitating a combination of business insight, technical inquisitiveness, and a results-driven approach. This role is based full-time in our Chicago office.
Key Responsibilities
Define Use Cases: Collaborate with the commercial team from pre-sales to upselling, gathering customer needs and translating them into clear, actionable AI agent solutions.
Create Sales Materials: Develop and update internal sales enablement resources (e.g., presentations, ROI calculators, one-pagers) that assist the sales team in articulating the benefits of various AI solutions during the initial sales stages.
Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs): Oversee the technical development and setup of custom AI agents and demo environments to verify the value of the FleetWorks platform for specific customer scenarios.
Documentation and Organization: Help in chronicling successful deployment playbooks and maintaining a centralized repository of successful use case examples and configuration best practices.
Facilitate Feedback Collection: Systematically collect, document, and communicate feedback from customers and the sales team from pilot programs to the Product and Engineering teams to guide future product developments.
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: A strong aptitude for new software and systems. You must be a quick learner who can swiftly understand the intricacies of AI setup, prompting, and technical execution.
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail are crucial for managing and overseeing complex demo environments and deployment checklists.
Collaborative Problem-Solver: Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and customers to develop innovative solutions.
