What do you bring?Minimum MBO-3 work and thinking level, preferably with 2 years of experience in export, logistics or air freight administration. Knowledge of air freight processes is a plus. Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a true team player. Flexibility for 24/7 shift work, plus at least 8 years of residency in the Netherlands.

As the Import & Export Planning Coordinator, you are the administrative backbone of our cargo department. You work meticulously, maintain oversight, and ensure that every flight is flawlessly managed from preparation to departure. What will you be doing?

  • Planning all outgoing freight from agents based on bookings.

  • Creating construction plans for outgoing freight.

  • Processing documentation after the construction plan has been executed by warehouse colleagues.

  • Planning incoming freight based on Final Flight Messages (FFM) from airlines.

  • Actively monitoring build-up and breakdown processes based on created plans.

  • Proactively informing stakeholders of changes.

  • Identifying and resolving deviations in the build-up and/or breakdown process.
