Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across diverse and complex products, including workflows, chat systems, and platforms.
- Design comprehensive product experiences across 4-5 products concurrently.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Founders to grasp product functionalities and translate requirements into scalable, user-centric designs.
- Address complex challenges, helping to ideate and define solutions even when requirements are not fully articulated.
- Evaluate design outputs and contribute to the evolution of design standards.
- Leverage insights to guide design decisions and enhance user experiences.
- Create storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that resonate with our brand identity and amplify user engagement.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets for web and mobile applications and software tools.
- Effectively convey design philosophies and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and data analysis.
- Continuously refine and improve designs to boost usability and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides for consistency and scalability across products.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Share knowledge and insights within the team to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Create mockups to support sales presentations.
- Collaborate with customers to mock up feature/tooling requests.
