We are currently seeking ambitious upcoming graduates and early-career professionals to join our July 2026 Internal Account Executive cohort. This program is a structured pathway designed to launch and accelerate your career in mortgage sales and financial services.

Embark on your next adventure with Lendz Financial, a pioneering B2B mortgage lender reshaping how brokers and businesses access financing. As an Internal Account Executive, you will become part of our expanding Internal Sales Team, gaining practical experience in consultative selling, client relationship management, and business development, learning from some of the industry's most accomplished leaders.

You will benefit from comprehensive training, mentorship from top-performing sales leaders, and access to a robust lead database to help you build your pipeline and achieve your potential. This role is fully onsite at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters on Las Olas Boulevard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage mortgage brokers via outbound calls, emails, and texts (all leads provided by Lendz).
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to drive new business and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Comprehend client objectives and align them with our array of competitive financial products.
  • Respond to broker inquiries and loan status requests with precision and professionalism.
