Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative

In the position of Inside Sales Representative, your core mission is to qualify initial interest discussions, convert inbound leads ready to purchase, and discover untapped revenue opportunities within our support channels. This dynamic, impactful role is perfect for an individual eager to fast-track their sales career by taking ownership of significant revenue responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Close sales opportunities from small to mid-sized business clients through a fast, consultative, and values-driven approach.
  • Transform support-driven interactions into sales results by identifying potential upsell or expansion opportunities.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads, assisting buyers in making informed purchasing decisions within minutes or hours.
  • Engage and influence customers by articulating OptiSigns' value proposition in terms they understand, rather than merely listing features.
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of leads using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to maximize revenue potential.
  • Continuously track and enhance your sales performance, improving closure speed, win rate, and upsell effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong closing instincts and the ability to thrive in short sales cycles.
  • Effective communicator, confident, straightforward, and focused on providing value.
  • A keen eye for opportunities: you recognize buying signals that others might overlook.
  • High coachability and a growth mindset, actively seeking and responding to feedback.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems: experienced with HubSpot, Salesforce, or willing to learn quickly.
