Main responsibilities

- Consultative selling: Present tailored solutions, identify opportunities to bundle products such as smart home integrations and accessories, and work to maximize overall sales potential.
- Market insight: Share feedback with marketing about lead quality and keep current on competitor activity to help position PERGOLUX effectively in the market.
- Closing sales: Address pricing and installation questions clearly and persuasively, aiming to maintain a conversion rate above 30%.
- Event participation: Represent PERGOLUX at exhibitions and events, coordinating with operations to ensure smooth post-sale installations.
Requirements
- Sales experience: Proven success in high-ticket sales, ideally with luxury products in home improvement, real estate, or automotive sectors.
- Negotiation skills: Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and upsell strategically to increase average order value.
