Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in sales or customer service. Ability to address customer concerns with empathy and guide them towards making commitments. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Quick learner with the ability to understand new concepts rapidly. Persuasive, friendly, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel). Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing incoming calls, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and conducting follow-ups.
Enhance customer engagement through effective phone communication, converting inquiries into orders while suggesting relevant accessories or replacements.
Prepare bids and quotations as necessary, and ensure diligent follow-up procedures.
Record all customer interactions and sales activities using the ACS system.
Collaborate with Outside Sales to guarantee exceptional account management and customer satisfaction for both new and existing clients.
Assist Outside Sales in executing sales and marketing strategies.
Stay informed about Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products and participate in required training sessions.
Maintain and update customer databases.
