What You Will Do: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with restaurants, focusing on generating and closing sales for TheFork. Your role will involve reaching out to restaurants via phone, gathering necessary information for qualification, and uncovering their needs. Once qualified, you will articulate the benefits of joining our network and utilizing our TheForkManager software. This position requires the ability to work independently to meet individual sales targets while also collaborating with the broader team to support overall country and regional quotas. Who You Are: 1-2 years of experience in a commercial, prospecting, and customer management role in a B2B online environment or within the leisure and restoration industry. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing new prospects and closing deals. Strong sales motivation and drive. Excellent problem-solving skills. A true team player. Exceptional influence and negotiation skills across all levels. Higher education in commerce, restaurant business, or hospitality is preferred. Fluent in Italian and English. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Committed, polite, and positive in demeanor. Customer-oriented with an emphatic approach. A dynamic and persistent individual, results-oriented. Familiarity with Salesforce or contact center programs is a plus.
