Your Responsibilities
In this sales position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transporters. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage the entire order process from start to finish, including quotes and delivery. You will be the first point of contact for international clients, prepare quotes, and ensure they receive their purchase orders promptly. You will join a close-knit team of three direct commercial colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing orders via email or phone in Exact;
- Creating and disseminating purchase orders internally in Exact;
- Issuing and sending sales orders to international customers;
- Conducting inventory checks in Exact and placing orders with our international partners when necessary;
- Calculating delivery times and communicating planning with international clients;
- Monitoring delivery timelines and resolving potential delays;
- Documenting all actions accurately in the CRM system;
- Actively contributing to process improvements and their execution.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will hold a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.
