Experience managing accounts with revenue of $5M or more, with a history of achieving annual growth rates of 15-20%. Expertise in advising business and IT stakeholders on modernizing legacy systems to cloud-based or SaaS solutions.

Your responsibilities encompass both strategic account management and direct execution, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while serving as a catalyst for growth for CapTech. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Account Growth Strategies: Formulate and execute strategies for account growth, including the development of playbooks, pipeline management, and targeted relationship plans.
  • Leverage Your Network: Utilize an established professional network to drive revenue from the outset. Cultivate and expand relationships to generate warm leads and new opportunities.
  • Promote Services: Enhance CapTech's presence by introducing innovative services, establishing our firm as an essential partner in the client's business ecosystem.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Actively seek and secure new business within existing accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth year after year.
  • Balance Business Development and Delivery: Allocate time effectively between driving business development initiatives and overseeing the execution of consulting solutions.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Quickly develop expertise in CapTech’s offerings and maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics.
  • Deliver Innovative Solutions: Transform client needs into creative solutions that yield measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage Account Health: Oversee the financial and operational aspects of accounts, including margin management, forecasting, and resource alignment, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Deepen Client Engagement: Prioritize relationship-building, immersing yourself in the client's culture and leadership forums to foster trust and establish CapTech as a strategic ally.
