As our Insurance Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations remain compliant and efficient across all 50 states.
Your Role
In this position, you will be the primary resource for developing and implementing compliance processes that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our customers, colleagues, and regulatory bodies nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Surplus Lines Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes, fees, and reports at both state and federal levels.
License Management: Oversee agency and producer licenses across various states to maintain compliance.
Enhance Compliance Processes: Develop and refine compliance workflows and training programs that grow with our organization.
Maintain Audit Readiness: Conduct internal audits, preserve organized records, and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership and regulatory agencies.
Proactive Risk Identification: Monitor regulatory updates to ensure the team remains informed and compliant.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to uphold compliance standards.
