The ideal candidate will excel in managing competing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring that Partners and project teams remain on track. This role is an integral part of the DIALOG Administration team in our Edmonton studio, providing support across various projects and contributing to a vibrant, collaborative workplace.
In this position, you will deliver high-impact administrative and project coordination support to Partners and their teams, balancing daily operational needs with project deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations. You will work closely with Client Services and the wider Administrative team to streamline workflows, maintain accurate project records, and coordinate meetings and studio events with professionalism and discretion.
