As Fluidstack continues to expand, intentional management of communication gaps and information flow is essential to maintaining employee trust and connection. This role is designed to foster a consistent communication rhythm and create shared experiences that keep employees informed and engaged with the company's vision.
About the Role
In this position, you will oversee two critical areas that enhance the employee experience at Fluidstack: internal communications and events. Both aspects are equally important and will not be treated as separate tasks.
On the communications front, you will manage the frequency and quality of company-wide messages, lifecycle announcements (e.g., onboarding, promotions, departures), and the platforms that keep employees updated. In terms of events, you will lead initiatives related to social programming, team-building activities, company gatherings, and the traditions that cultivate a sense of belonging as we grow.
Effective and thoughtful communication, along with intentional shared experiences, are vital as our company evolves. Mastering these elements will enhance trust, while missteps can undermine it. This role demands a dedicated professional who is not only passionate about crafting the right messages but also possesses the creativity to design engaging events that employees look forward to attending.
You will report to the People team and collaborate closely with leadership as well as various departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
