Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales GrowthIdentify, engage, and secure partnerships with new international distributors and clients. Broaden geographical outreach by penetrating additional active countries and markets. Boost order frequency and improve product presence in existing markets. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Create a strong sales pipeline through proactive engagement, inquiries handling, participation in exhibitions, and leveraging market insights. International Market ResearchAnalyze global market trends, pricing strategies, competitive dynamics, and identify product gaps. Evaluate potential markets and present targeted strategic action plans. Develop region-specific business analyses and growth strategies. Client Relationship ManagementManage comprehensive communication with international buyers. Build long-term client relationships through regular engagement and service excellence. Address customer inquiries promptly and ensure swift resolution. Exhibitions & Export MarketingEngage in global exhibitions and buyer-seller meetings to generate quality leads. Follow up on leads from events promptly to convert into business opportunities. Support planning of export marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Order Processing & CoordinationCollaborate with production, logistics, quality assurance, and documentation teams to ensure seamless shipments. Ensure all export documentation complies with international regulations. Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents for timely shipping schedules. Core CompetenciesDynamic, ambitious, and goal-oriented. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Disciplined in follow-ups and adept at problem-solving. Able to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively. Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in Export Sales or International Business, preferably in the FMCG sector. Overall experience of 8-10 years in related fields.
