Role overview
The Investment Systems & Operations Lead plays a central role in coordinating activities across client services, operations, and the firm’s back-office service provider. This position partners with staff to develop best practices and tools that streamline workflows and raise operational efficiency. Managing and providing leadership for several simultaneous work requests and projects is a key part of the job.
