Qualifications
Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support role or similar. Strong understanding of desktop operating systems, hardware, and software applications. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse user groups. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Problem-solving mindset paired with a passion for customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
