Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Deliver first- and second-level IT support to retail users regarding hardware, software, network, POS systems, and mobile devices throughout Europe and the US, both remotely and in-person. Oversee and maintain the store network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls. Install, configure, and support POS systems and cash registers (experience with the New Store system is a significant advantage). Manage iOS devices in enterprise environments (including enrollment, configuration, troubleshooting, and MDM management). Coordinate and execute IT-related activities for new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments. Lead or participate in the rollout of new hardware, software, and retail solutions, proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that align with business objectives and existing IT frameworks. Manage internal application portals and assist store teams with business applications. Conduct proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize store downtimes. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as necessary. Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT retail settings, supporting multi-site store networks. Proven experience in delivering both first- and second-level IT support. Strong understanding of retail operations and workflows. In-depth knowledge of:Network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). POS systems (experience with New Store is a plus). Management of Apple iOS devices in enterprise environments. Retail peripherals (such as scanners and printers, particularly Zebra). Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management is preferred. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, rollouts, and project implementations. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Capable of working independently and managing on-site interventions.
