- Manage and resolve IT support queries from our global Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail locations.
- Deliver comprehensive IT support through our contact centre and ticketing system.
- Provide in-person assistance to end users and collaborate with the Infrastructure Manager at our office's “Tech Bar” for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Support the IT team in preparing hardware and software setups.
- Troubleshoot issues and efficiently manage ticket queues.
- Escalate complex problems to senior team members as necessary.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge articles to enhance team resources.
- Exhibit self-motivation and proactively pursue personal development opportunities.
- Work on a rotating shift basis with hours from 4 AM to 1 PM, 7 AM to 4 PM, and 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required based on rotation.
This position is office-based, with flexible work-from-home options available for the 4 AM shift and weekend duties.
