- Assist customers in creating shipping labels, processing claims, returns, and redelivery requests.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
- Stay updated on the client’s logistics services, policies, and procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and resolution of issues.
