Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic Italian-Speaking Business Development Representative to enhance our sales efforts and contribute to our rapid revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted prospect lists and qualify inbound leads based on established criteria.

  • Conduct lead generation activities in line with best practices from our sales development playbook, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Communicate Semperis' value proposition to prospects effectively.

  • Collaborate with assigned Account Executives to optimize your territory.

  • Achieve assigned quotas and performance goals consistently.

  • Maintain accurate prospect information and sales activities in systems like Outreach.
