What You Will Do
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems.
- Escalate complex matters promptly when needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with colleagues and managers across Keyloop’s global teams.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers, peers, and leaders in both verbal and written Japanese.
