Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Manage the AI integration layer by architecting the connections between foundational large language models (LLMs) and our core go-to-market stack (e.g., Salesforce, Databricks) to streamline high-value business logic. Develop prompting strategies, orchestration logic, and tool integrations that empower AI systems to extract data, analyze context, and perform actions across internal systems. Construct AI data infrastructure, including retrieval pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation systems, ensuring that AI outputs are grounded in accurate product documentation and customer insights. Create and deploy user-friendly AI interfaces, ranging from Slack applications to Chrome extensions, seamlessly integrating AI into existing workflows. Lead the process of transitioning from proof of concept to full production, rapidly prototyping AI pilots while optimizing the underlying architecture for performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with go-to-market and revenue operations stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and translate business needs into technical AI solutions that drive revenue.

This position is based in our Warsaw office, following a hybrid work model. The standard in-office schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, while most team members have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays. Home office arrangements on Fridays are determined by work requirements, with details available through your recruiter.
