In this role, you will oversee essential marketing programs spanning content development, product launches, website management, customer engagement, and storytelling, all while leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.This is not your conventional marketing manager position; we are looking for a candidate who integrates AI into their daily operations—be it for research, messaging, campaign creation, workflow automation, analysis, or experimentation. You should possess a keen marketing acumen complemented by proficiency in modern AI tools to deliver high-quality results at the pace of a startup.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of core marketing programs across various channels, including content, email, website, product launches, and customer narratives.Transform product features and customer benefits into clear and compelling messaging.Utilize AI tools to expedite research, content creation, repurposing, SEO optimization, campaign planning, and analytics.Develop repeatable AI-enhanced workflows for marketing production and operations.Collaborate with founders, sales, and product teams to refine positioning and optimize go-to-market strategies.Oversee and enhance website content, landing pages, and conversion funnels.Assist in product launches by providing messaging, content, and campaign resources.Help define and integrate AI as a fundamental component of the marketing team's operations.QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or content-driven marketing.Proven ability to leverage AI in marketing strategies and workflows.Demonstrated experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
